1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one vjx99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

KYC Verification

Account Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All player balances on vjx99 are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). vjx99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. vjx99 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any charges applied by the mobile financial service provider or bank on their end are outside vjx99's control and are borne by the player.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. vjx99 reserves the right to apply additional processing time in cases where KYC verification is pending or where a transaction is flagged for security review.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.

This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 in qualifying games before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.

Bonus Eligibility Rules

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets are final once confirmed. vjx99 publishes markets for cricket events including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet — regardless of subsequent market movement.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, vjx99 will apply the void and settlement rules relevant to the specific market. Generally, if a match does not reach its scheduled completion, bets may be voided and stakes returned — however, specific rules vary by market and event type.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one vjx99 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with vjx99.
• Using the vjx99 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors on the platform to generate illegitimate profit.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit bonus offers across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vjx99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the vjx99 platform's software or infrastructure.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

vjx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under vjx99's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement directing vjx99 to close the account.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Effect of Account Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than rule violations (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to KYC completion. Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, vjx99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

9. Responsible Gaming
